Booking arrangements
We look forward to welcoming you to Fossil Cottage for a special holiday you will not forget.
A deposit of 50% of the weekly rate is required at confirmation to secure the booking, or for a two week booking, 50% of the total. The balance is payable a month before arrival. If the booking is less than one month ahead, full payment is required on confirmation. If the booking is last-minute, the full price is payable on arrival. If you have to cancel, we can only make a refund if we are able to relet the cottage. However, we will have to deduct £25 from the refund to cover our administration costs. It is always advisable to have holiday insurance.
Full directions for finding Fossil Cottage will be provided with our confirmation of your booking. If you have any questions on any aspect of your holiday, we'll be pleased to help.
You may arrive on your first day any time after 4pm, and we ask that you leave the cottage by 10am on your final day, in order to give us sufficient time to prepare for the next guests.
We can provide a starter pack of groceries if required. Please let us know your requirements.
